2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register or use any service on 68ph. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Residency. The 68ph platform is operated for and directed to residents of the Philippines. If you are located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by law, you are not permitted to use 68ph.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 68ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 KYC Verification. 68ph is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawal requests. You must submit valid government-issued identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
3.2 You must notify 68ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 68ph will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
3.3 68ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable Philippine law.
3.4 Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an administrative fee as disclosed in 68ph's fee schedule, which is published in the account settings section of the platform.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 68ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and major Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however, large deposits may trigger additional compliance verification steps.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to withdraw, a member must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) wagered deposited funds at least once across any 68ph game category; and (c) not have any active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements unless the withdrawal is limited to the cash balance only.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the operating hours of the respective bank.
4.5 Withdrawal Fees. 68ph does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the payment provider (e.g., bank transfer fees) are the sole responsibility of the member.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 68ph is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. 68ph reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests.
5.1 All bonuses offered by 68ph are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless stated otherwise.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 68ph employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering to clear bonuses, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and exploitation of technical errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, 68ph reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.
5.4 68ph reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements already accepted by a member will be honoured.
6.1 All games on 68ph operate under their respective published game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules govern for that game category.
6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games on 68ph use third-party certified RNG systems. Results are statistically random and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.
6.3 Sports Betting. Sports bets are settled according to official results from the governing body of the relevant sport. In the event of a disputed result, 68ph's trading team's decision is final and binding.
6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay — including disconnections, server errors, or incorrect odds display — 68ph reserves the right to void affected bets. Winnings derived from a technical malfunction that resulted in an incorrect outcome are not payable.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market, as displayed within each game or betting interface. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at 68ph's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 68ph and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
8.1 All content on the 68ph platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, audio, and interface design — is the intellectual property of 68ph or its licensed third-party providers.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 68ph platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 68ph content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 68ph's total liability to any member in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the 68ph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
9.2 68ph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
9.3 68ph does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of services. 68ph will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
10.1 68ph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 68ph.vip/privacy-policy.
10.2 By registering on 68ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where opted in).
11.1 68ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its members. The platform provides deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from every member account dashboard.
11.2 Age Restriction. 21+ Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using 68ph. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the deposit source after identity verification.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Revised Penal Code, Republic Act No. 9487 (Interactive Games Act), and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 68ph's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.1 68ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the 68ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
