12.1 21+ The 68ph platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. 68ph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
12.2 If 68ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without verified parental consent, such data will be immediately deleted and the account will be closed.
13.1 Some of 68ph's third-party service providers (including cloud infrastructure and security services) may process personal data outside the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, 68ph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to provide a level of data protection equivalent to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
